About California Pacific Specialty Services

California Pacific Specialty Services (CPSS), a physician-owned medical corporation, was incorporated in 1994 to negotiate and manage case rate contracts for California Pacific Medical Center private practice physicians involved in transplantation. In early 1997, CPSS made the decision to expand its membership and contracting services to other areas of specialty care.

California Pacific Specialty Services is a network of specialty physicians with contracts to provide either fee-for-service or case rates to Northern California medical groups and health plan enrollees.

California Pacific Specialty Services continues to build upon its reputation of delivering high quality physician and administrative services, providing education through outreach lectures and written materials, and its implementation of a referral system that provides easy access for both patients and referring physicians.
